Fuelico Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of Fuelico on the web and in its mobile applications. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service
Fuelico lets you record vehicles, refuels and other expenses, review their history, and share selected vehicles with other people. The current version requires an Internet connection and is offered without paid features.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep control of your sign-in methods, and tell us if you notice unauthorized use. You may not use Fuelico to impersonate another person, infringe rights, or submit unlawful or malicious content.
3. Shared vehicles
The owner controls members and permissions. Each member is responsible for the data they record. Before deleting an account, an owner must transfer shared vehicles so other members are not left without legitimate access.
4. Your data and content
You retain your rights in the data you enter. You authorize us to process it only to provide, protect, and maintain Fuelico. You must have the right to share any vehicle or third-party data you add to the service.
5. Availability and changes
We may fix errors, improve or change the service, and temporarily suspend it for maintenance or security. We will try to give notice of material changes, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Responsible use
Fuelico is a recording and reference tool. Its calculations do not replace invoices, official documents, vehicle inspections, or professional advice. You must check information before making financial, legal, or safety decisions.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Fuelico and delete your account from Settings. We may restrict an account when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these terms.
8. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Spain and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We will publish the current version and its date on this page. If a change materially affects use of the service, we will provide reasonable notice before it applies.
